Niki Jewels

Our shop, Niki Jewels, is tucked away in Borivali West on Shimpoli Road. We are in the Om Rishikesh building, specifically at shop number 5 and 6. Haridas Nagar is a decent area, though it gets quite noisy with all the traffic passing through Shimpoli Road during the rush hour. We’ve been operating out of this space for a good bit now. Most of our day is spent sitting behind the counter or checking the small pieces we have in stock. It’s a quiet kind of work that requires a lot of patience and good lighting. The shop isn't massive, but we’ve managed to fit everything we need into these two units. We usually have the radio playing softly in the background while we work. Neighbors from the other shops often drop by to say hello or share some news. It feels like a small community here in this part of Borivali. We don’t really go in for big sales pitches or flashy displays. Most people who come in are locals who live nearby or someone who was told about us by a friend. We keep the place clean and try to make sure everything is in its right drawer. Sometimes we stay late to finish up some inventory counts, especially at the end of the month. It’s just a regular local business trying to keep things moving along steadily. We enjoy the routine of it all, honestly.
