Lab Medicare Solutions

We set up our little shop here at Shree Pancham Avenue in the Chikuwadi area of Borivali West. It’s a nice, quiet residential spot compared to the main roads. We focus on lab solutions, which basically means we spend our time with various medical tools and testing kits. The housing society is quite friendly, and we’ve become a part of the local scene over the years. Our office isn’t very large, just enough space for our equipment and a couple of desks for the billing. We aren't a giant corporation with hundreds of branches. It’s just us here, making sure the local clinics and patients get what they need. Sometimes the local kids are playing cricket outside the window while we’re trying to calibrate a machine. It keeps things interesting. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. Usually, a doctor nearby just gives our name to someone. We try to keep things simple. If someone has a question about a piece of equipment, they just call us up and we talk them through it. It’s a very hands-on way of working. We’ve had some long nights when there’s a lot of work to catch up on, but that’s just part of running a small business. Borivali West is a good place to be, and Chikuwadi has a nice pace to it that suits us just fine. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
