Bombay Rayon Fashions Ltd.

This branch of Bombay Rayon Fashions Ltd. is located at D- 1148 in the Oberoi Garden Street area. It’s a massive complex, so even we get turned around sometimes trying to find the right unit. D-1148 is where we do most of our daily operations. It’s a busy spot with people constantly moving between the different sections of the building. We handle a lot of the fashion side of things here. There are racks of clothes everywhere you look. It’s not particularly organized in a way that would look good in a photo, but we know where everything is. The street outside, Oberoi Garden Street, is usually lined with parked cars and people looking for their offices. It’s a bit of a maze. Inside, the fans are always spinning to keep the air moving because it gets quite stuffy with all the fabric around. We have a lot of different people working here, from tailors to those who manage the inventory. We don't spend money on fancy rugs or art for the walls. We just have our workstations and our coffee mugs. It’s a real place where people work hard to get things done on time. Every day is pretty much the same: we come in, check the orders, and start working through the pile. It’s just a standard day at the fashion office for us.
