Blue Kitchen

Blue Kitchen is located at 207 Aaram Nagar, Part II, right opposite the Ir area in Andheri West. It is a bit of a quieter spot compared to the main roads, which we actually quite like. We spend most of our time in the kitchen, as you might guess from the name. We chose this spot in Aaram Nagar because it felt like a good place to set up and just do our work without too much interference. The day usually begins with us checking the supplies and making sure everything is ready for the first orders. We don't have a polished corporate image or a team of people telling us how to act. It is just a handful of us who like cooking and being around food. Andheri West has a lot of energy, and even in Part II of Aaram Nagar, you can feel it. We have made this place our own over the years. It is a bit lived-in, and maybe the paint isn't perfect everywhere, but it is a real working kitchen. We focus on the tasks at hand and don't spend much time worrying about what the competition is doing. At Blue Kitchen, we just want to get through the day knowing we did a decent job. It is a simple way to live, and it suits us just fine. If you are near the Ir area, you will find us there, just doing our thing.
