BloomGreen

BloomGreen is based over in Borivali West, Mumbai. It’s a lively part of the city to be in, though it can get incredibly crowded on the weekends. Our space isn't huge, but we make the most of it. Living and working in Mumbai means you learn to use every square inch you have. We started this because we wanted to do something local and stay close to our roots in the neighborhood. The commute can be a bit of a nightmare depending on the trains, but being in Borivali has its perks with all the shops and food nearby. We don’t have a big team or a human resources department or anything like that. It’s just a few of us who show up every morning and get to work. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook, and other days it’s a bit quieter, which gives us time to catch up on the paperwork we usually ignore. We don’t really go in for those fancy mission statements you see on big company websites. We just want to do our work well and be able to pay the bills at the end of the month. It’s a bit messy sometimes, and things don’t always go according to plan, but that’s just how a real business runs. We enjoy the interactions with the people who drop by the office. It keeps things interesting and makes the long hours feel a bit shorter. We are just a small group of people doing our best in the city.
