The building itself is older, and you can feel that history when you walk up the stairs. Our office isn't anything special to look at. We have some standard desks, a few filing cabinets that have seen better days, and a corner where we keep the kettle for tea. It’s a practical space. We don’t go in for fancy decorations or glass walls. It’s more about having a place to sit down and get through the paperwork and meetings. The area around Nabiullah Road is always busy, so there’s always something going on if you look out the window. We mostly keep to ourselves and get through our daily tasks. We don’t have a big reception desk or a lobby. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us at our computers. It’s an honest way to work, and being in this part of Mumbai keeps us grounded. We’ve got our routine down, and the office reflects that. It’s just a group of people doing their jobs in a regular building in a busy part of the city.
