We have been at the K N Bhatia Building for a while now. It is right there on Charni Road, which gets quite busy most days with all the cars and people passing through. If you are looking for us, we are tucked inside the Parmar Galary. Being right beside H N Hospital makes it pretty easy to find the general area, though parking can sometimes be a bit of a headache around here. My name is Bizal Jerajani and I basically run things from this spot at 149/51. It isn't a massive space or anything fancy. Just a regular room where the work gets done. We deal with people coming in and out all day. Some days are quieter than others. I usually start early before the traffic on the main road really picks up. You learn to ignore the sirens from the hospital after a while. Most of the neighbors in the building are nice enough. We keep to ourselves mostly but say hello in the hallway. It is a solid old building. The walls are thick and it has that specific smell of old Mumbai offices that have been around for decades. Nothing too special to look at, just a place to handle business. We’ve been in this part of Charni Road long enough to know most of the tea stalls nearby. If you walk past the gallery, you'll probably see us through the door. It’s just how we operate every single day. We don't have a big staff, just me and a couple of others mostly.
