We are located at 4 Mumbai Central Ho, right in Sadi Bazar on Maulana Azad Road. If you are looking for us, we are directly opposite the Hari Masjid. Big Ben Machineries Corporation has been in this spot for many years. This part of Mumbai is always loud and full of people, especially in the bazaar. Our shop is filled with all kinds of heavy machinery and industrial parts. It’s not a modern showroom with glass walls. It’s an old-fashioned store with high ceilings and rows of metal shelves. Everything is a bit heavy and covered in a thin layer of dust, which is just part of the job. We spend our days helping people find specific tools or parts for their machines. We know our stock very well, even if it looks like a mess to someone else. There is no air conditioning, just a few old ceiling fans that hum all day long. We don't bother with fancy advertising. People know us because we’ve been here so long. We drink a lot of tea from the local vendor and talk to the other shopkeepers on the street. It’s a busy, cramped, and noisy place, but it’s our home. We aren't trying to change the world; we are just making sure people get the machinery parts they need. It’s a simple way of doing business in a very busy city. We hope to stay here for another twenty years if we can manage it.
