You can find Bharat Shah Jewellers at Gala No. 5 in the Shastri Industrial Estate. We are on Navgadh Road in Bhayander East. This isn't a fancy shopping district. It’s an industrial area, so there’s a lot of work going on around us. You’ll hear machines and people moving things all day. Our place is more of a workshop than a store. We have benches where we sit and work on the jewelry. It’s a bit of a dusty environment because of all the polishing and filing we do. We don't have a big display window or a fancy entrance. You just come into the gala and we are there. We have some simple cupboards where we store the pieces we’ve finished. Bharat Shah started this place because he liked the making part of the business. We focus on the actual craft. Sometimes we get quite busy with orders, and the place looks a bit chaotic with tools everywhere. We don't mind. It shows we are working. Customers who come here usually want something custom-made or repaired. We talk to them directly at the bench. There’s no middleman or salesperson. We don't have a website or any big ads. People just know us from the estate or from friends. It’s a simple setup, and it works for what we do. We’ve been here for years and know the rhythms of the industrial estate. It is just honest work.
