We're located in Kandivali West, specifically in the Charkop area. Our office is inside the Amardeep Co-Operative Housing Society, units 601 to 606. It’s a bit unusual being in a residential society, but it works for us. We handle trading. Mostly we are on the phone or responding to emails all day long. The space is filled with desks and stacks of papers. It’s not very fancy, just a functional space where we track orders and talk to vendors. We’ve been here in Charkop for a good while. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood throughout the day—kids playing or people talking in the hallways. It makes it feel more like home than a cold office. We don’t have any big corporate signs. Most of our clients have our number and just call when they need something. We try to keep our records straight and our deliveries on time. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, so we end up taking the stairs. We're a small group and we've worked together for years. We know each other's habits and how we like our tea. Trading can be a bit up and down depending on the week. We just take it as it comes and try to be honest with everyone we deal with. It's a straightforward life here at Amardeep. Nothing more to it.
