Bharti Cement Agency is located at Unit No 429 in the Unique Industrial Estate. It's right off V S Marg on Twin Tower Lane in Prabhadevi. Being in an industrial estate means there is always something going on around us. It's a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes with all the deliveries coming in and out. We handle cement, so things can get a bit messy with the bags and the dust. It is a very practical setup. We have the warehouse space where we keep the stock ready for whenever a customer calls. Prabhadevi is a busy part of town, so we have to be quick about loading the trucks so they don't block the lane. We don't have a flashy showroom. It's just a working unit where we get the job done. The guys here have been doing this for years, so they know how to handle the heavy lifting. We deal with all sorts of people, from big builders to guys just fixing a small part of their floor. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking the inventory. The traffic on V S Marg can be a real headache, but we've gotten used to it by now. We just focus on getting the bags out the door and making sure the counts are right. It’s not a glamorous job, but cement is always needed for something. We are just glad to have our spot in this city.
