Bharat Motor Driving School

Our little spot is Shop 4 in Chandika Niwas, right on L. B. S. Road in Ghatkopar West. If you’re looking for us, we are right near the pet shop, which usually has a few people standing around. It’s a busy part of Mumbai, so there is always a lot of noise and movement outside our door. Bharat Motor Driving School isn't a big company with shiny offices; it’s just a practical place where we help people get comfortable with driving. The shop itself is small, mostly filled with some chairs and a desk where we keep the paperwork. We spend most of our hours in the cars, navigating the lanes of Ghatkopar and teaching the basics of gears and steering. Every student is different, some learn fast and others take their time, and we just go at whatever pace is needed. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, but we keep going through the schedule. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, but the need for people to learn how to drive safely stays the same. Often, parents bring their kids in once they turn eighteen, and we remember teaching those parents years ago. It feels good to be a known part of the local street. We don't do much advertising because people usually just see our sign or hear about us from a neighbor while out shopping for groceries or visiting the pets nearby.
