Bharat Internal Vacuum Cleaning is located over in Borivali West, specifically in Gorai at Ruby Apartments, room 35. We are right opposite the Status Hotel, which is a big landmark that everyone knows, so it makes finding us a lot easier. The area around Gorai is quite nice, with a bit more space than some other parts of the city, but it still gets plenty busy during the morning commute. Our office in Ruby Apartments is where we keep all our gear and handle the scheduling for the jobs we take on. It is a basic setup with some shelves for the equipment and a desk where we keep track of our appointments. Sometimes the machines make a bit of a racket when we are testing them out, but the neighbors are mostly used to it by now. We spend a lot of time out on the road, but this is the home base where everything starts and ends. It is a straightforward operation run by people who are not afraid to get their hands a bit dirty. We do not use any big fancy words to describe what we do; we just show up and get the cleaning done as best as we can. The walk from the main road to the apartment block is short, and there are always a few street dogs hanging around the entrance of Ruby Apartments greeting us in the morning. It is a regular life in a regular neighborhood.
