Bharat Hotel

You can find Bharat Hotel right on M G Road along the ITPL Main Road. It is a spot where a lot of people pass by every day because of all the offices and tech parks around here. We have been sitting here on this corner for a while, watching the traffic go by. The building is old and the paint is peeling in a few spots, but we keep the inside tidy enough. We don't have fancy menus with pictures or anything like that. Just a list of what we have cooked for the day. Sometimes we change things up if we get different ingredients from the market. Working on M G Road means we see all kinds of people. Some are in suits and some are workers from the construction sites nearby. Everyone sits together at Bharat Hotel. It gets sweaty in the summer since we only have a few fans going, but nobody complains much. We just focus on getting the food out to the tables as fast as we can. The ITPL Main Road is always noisy, so you can hear the horns honking while you eat. We are just a small crew trying to make a living. We don't have a big philosophy or anything like that. We just open the doors, cook the food, and close up when everything is finished. It is just how we do things every single day.
