We spend most of our days here in Kurla West at Meera Nagar 1. It’s usually pretty loud with all the metal work going on. Bharat Coach Builderss Pvt Ltd has been around for a bit, and we mostly focus on putting together the big frames and bodies for larger vehicles. It’s dusty work, and our clothes usually show it by the end of the shift. The shop floor is always busy with people moving stuff. Customers come by to check on the progress, and we just keep at it. Meera Nagar is a tight spot, so getting the big bus frames in and out takes some real patience and careful driving. We don’t have a fancy office or anything like that. It’s just a place where things get built. Sometimes the rain makes it a bit messy around Kurla, but we don't stop. If you walk past, you'll hear the grinding and the welding all afternoon. We’ve seen the area change over the years, but the work stays pretty much the same. It's about getting the structure right so it holds up on the road. We deal with a lot of heavy parts and loud tools. It's not a quiet job at all. Most of us have been working with our hands for a long time. There’s no big secret to what we do here. We just show up at the workshop and get to work on the next coach. It's just basic, hard work that needs to be done.
