Bhankharia Brothers

Bhankharia Brothers has been operating out of Charni Road for years. We are located at 109/117, right in the thick of things near the Bamroli area. It’s a busy part of town, and we’ve seen a lot of changes on these streets since we first started. The building isn't brand new, but it holds everything we need. Most of our day is spent handling orders and talking to people who walk in off the street. We don’t have fancy desks or a waiting area with air conditioning. It’s mostly just us working through the piles of paperwork and making sure the stock is where it should be. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic, especially when deliveries arrive at the same time as customers, but we manage to get through it. Being on Charni Road means there is always noise from the trains and the traffic, but you get used to it after a week or two. We aren't trying to be the biggest place in Mumbai. We just want to keep the family name going and make sure the work gets done. If you come by, you’ll probably see one of us sorting through something behind the main counter. We don't use much technology besides the basic stuff, preferring to talk face-to-face. That’s just the way we like to run things at 109/117. It’s a simple setup, nothing more and nothing less. We keep regular hours and usually have someone here who can help out with whatever is needed.
