We’re over in Sahakar Bhavan at Maninagar Char Rasta, specifically in the Masjid Bunder West area. Our office number is 348. This part of town is always moving, especially with all the transport work going on around the docks and the markets. We deal with trucks and moving goods, so there’s always someone calling about a load or a driver checking in. It’s a bit of a gritty business. We spend our time looking at maps and checking timing. The office isn't much to look at, just some heavy desks and a lot of ledgers. We’ve been operating out of Masjid Bunder for years because this is where the action is for transport. You get a lot of noise from the street and the smell of the market nearby. Sometimes a truck gets stuck in traffic or a part breaks down, and we have to spend the afternoon on the phone trying to fix the schedule. It’s just how things go in this line of work. We don't have any shiny trucks, just ones that do the job and get from point A to point B. If you’re coming to see us, be prepared for the crowd at Char Rasta. It’s a busy intersection and finding the right door in Sahakar Bhavan can take a minute if you haven't been here before. We're usually here from early morning until the last truck is settled and the day’s log is finally signed.
