Benson International

If you ever find yourself near the Milan Subway in Santacruz West, you might stumble across our office. Benson International is located at 38/B-1 on Arvasu 1st Road. It is a busy little corner of Mumbai, and things can get pretty hectic when the subway traffic picks up in the evening. Our setup is pretty basic, but it gets the job done for us. We have been operating out of this space for quite a while now. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the furniture has definitely seen better days, but we are more focused on the work itself. Dealing with international trade means we are often on the phone at odd hours or waiting for shipments to clear customs. It is a lot of coordination and sometimes things do not go exactly as planned. We just take it all in stride. There is no big corporate vibe here; it feels more like a small family business where everyone knows each other. We know the local tea seller by name and usually have a few people dropping in just for a chat. It is not always perfectly organized, and there are stacks of papers everywhere, but we know where everything is. We like being in Santacruz. It has got a good energy to it, even if the monsoon rains make the road outside a bit of a mess.
