BELECTRIC Photovoltaic India Pvt. Ltd. is based at No. 304 in Acme Plaza, which sits right on the Andheri Kurla Road. If you’ve ever been to Andheri East in Mumbai, you know how hectic it can be with all the traffic and the metro construction. Our office is right in the middle of that chaos. We work on solar photovoltaic systems, which is basically about capturing the sun’s energy. It’s a technical field, so our desks are usually covered in spreadsheets, maps, and equipment specs. We aren't a corporate giant with thousands of employees; we are a focused team of engineers and planners. The office at Acme Plaza is where all the coordination happens. It’s a busy place with people always on the phone or in a quick meeting over a drawing. We don't have a lot of frills. There’s a coffee machine that gets a lot of use and a few rows of sturdy desks. The building itself is quite busy with other companies, so there’s always a lot of coming and going. We focus on getting the engineering right for every site we work on. It involves a lot of back-and-forth communication with our teams out in the field. We just try to stay organized and keep projects moving forward. It’s a very practical, no-nonsense kind of workplace. We’ve been here for a while and we know the Andheri area like the back of our hand.
