Our work for Basf happens right out of F16/2-1 Sagar Chsl, which is in Sector 29 over in Vashi, Navi Mumbai. It’s basically a residential building, so it doesn’t look like much from the outside. We’ve got a small office setup inside where we handle a lot of the administrative and coordination stuff for the chemical business. It’s mostly just us sitting at desks, answering emails, and making sure the logistics for various orders are moving along. Vashi is a busy part of Navi Mumbai, but our little corner in Sagar Chsl is relatively quiet, except for the usual sounds of the neighborhood. We don’t have a big laboratory or fancy equipment here; it’s more about the spreadsheets and the phone calls. The space is a bit tight with all the files we have to keep, and the lighting isn't the greatest, but we get the work done. Some of us have been working here for quite a while, so we’re used to the routine of the local trains and the traffic on the way in. We just focus on the daily tasks, checking off the lists and making sure the paperwork is filed correctly before we head home. It’s a straightforward way to spend the day, really. We aren't doing anything flashy, just keeping the business side of things running smoothly from this apartment-style office in Sector 29.
