Basf (India) Ltd.

You can find us at the Rbc Mahindra Towers in Worli, specifically in the A-Wing on the first floor. It is a big building on Dr.G.M.Bhosale Marg. Working here at Basf (India) Ltd. is quite different from some of our other spots. The building is large, and it can be a bit of a walk from the entrance to get to our wing. We spend a lot of time in meetings or just staring at spreadsheets. It gets a bit repetitive, but it is the work that needs doing. The office itself is full of cubicles and there is always a low hum of people talking and printers going. We have a small pantry where we all gather for lunch, and that’s usually the loudest part of the day. Someone is always complaining about the commute or the weather. It is a typical office atmosphere. We aren't trying to change the world; we are just making sure the paperwork is correct and the orders are processed. The view from some of the windows is okay, but mostly we are focused on what is on our screens. Sometimes the IT guy has to come and fix someone's computer, which is a good excuse for a break. We try to be out of here by six, but sometimes the work piles up. It’s just a group of people doing their best to keep everything running smoothly in a busy city center.
