Balu Cutting & Transport

Out here in Girgaon Midc, specifically Indrayani Nagar S Block, things are always moving. We’ve got our spot at number 87. It’s an industrial area, so it’s loud and there’s always a truck backing in or pulling out. We handle cutting and transport, which basically means we spend our days dealing with heavy machinery and logistics. It’s not the kind of job where you wear a clean shirt for long. We started with just a couple of machines and one old truck. Over time, we’ve added a bit more, but we still keep things pretty simple. There’s no big management layer here. If there’s a problem with a load or a cut, you just talk to the person doing the work. We don't have a fancy website or a glossy brochure. We just have our reputation in the Midc. People know where we are if they need something moved or sliced to size. The office is just a small corner where we keep the logs and the keys. It’s honest work and we’ve been at it for a long time now. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just show up, do the job, and get the trucks on the road. It’s a lot of physical work, but we like the routine and the people we work with every day.
