Balkrishna Transport Co

Balkrishna Transport Co is located at Shroff Bhavan on Old Padra Road. We are in unit 157/10. This building has a lot of history and we’ve been here for many years. Transporting goods is what we do every single day. The office is often full of drivers coming in to pick up their papers or telling us about the road conditions. It’s a bit dusty because of all the files we keep from years past. We don't have much time for small talk when things are moving fast. My family started this, and now we just keep the wheels turning. You’ll see trucks parked nearby waiting for instructions. It’s a messy job sometimes, dealing with schedules and breakdowns. We use old desks that have been here since the start. The phone rings a lot. Sometimes the connection is bad, but we manage. People in the Fort area know where to find us. It’s a practical location for a transport business. We don't have a website or anything like that, just this physical office where people can talk to us face to face. We keep our records in big binders. It works for us. If you come by, you'll likely find me or one of the boys checking the logbooks. We usually have a pot of coffee going to keep us alert. There is always someone coming or going, which makes the day pass by pretty quickly for everyone here.
