Our place is in Vile Parle West, located at Ramnik Smruti on S T Road. It is a bit tucked away, but people who need industrial colors and dyes know where to find us. We have been operating from this spot for a long time. The building is an older one, and we occupy space number 36. Most of our customers are from the textile or plastic industries who need specific pigments. We don't have a flashy storefront because we are more of an industrial supplier. You'll often see samples of different powders and liquids around the office. It can get a bit messy with all the color charts and testing bottles. The area near Pimple Saudagar has changed a lot since we started, but we are still here doing the same thing. We don't spend money on big ads. Usually, it is one person telling another about us. We talk to factory managers and purchasing heads mostly. Sometimes someone will come in with a small sample of a color and ask if we can match it. We do our best to find the right shade for them. It’s a quiet business in a way, just steady work day after day. We open up the shutters in the morning and start going through the orders that came in overnight. It’s what we know and we have been doing it for many years without changing much.
