Baba Automobile

Baba Automobile is located right on NIBM Road, tucked into Shop No 43 over at Shivaji Kutir Mand. It is a busy little corner of Kurla West, and things never really slow down much during the day. We spend most of our time surrounded by stacks of boxes and metal parts that seem to take up more space every month. The shop is not exactly huge, but we make it work. Most days are spent talking to folks who come in because something on their car or bike is making a sound they do not like. We have been in this spot for a bit, so we know the people around here pretty well. Sometimes we just stand by the door watching the traffic go by while waiting for the next delivery to show up. It gets pretty dusty inside, and the fan on the ceiling doesn't do much when the afternoon heat really hits. We usually have some tea around four o'clock, which is the only real break we get. There are always greasy handprints on the counters and the floor is a bit stained, but that is how a shop should look if people are actually working. We do not have any fancy waiting rooms. If you come by, you just stand near the counter or lean against the wall while we look for whatever it is you need. It is a simple way to spend the day.
