B Vinubhai & Company is over in Goregaon East at 204 Bhogilal Ni Chali. We are located in the Jahangir Pura area, quite close to Chintan A16. Being in a chali means that our workplace is part of a very close-knit community. You aren't just in an office, you are right there with the neighbors and all the daily life of the area. Our space is small and we’ve had to be very clever about how we fit everything in. It can get quite hot and cramped in the afternoons, but we have a few fans that keep the air moving. We’ve been in this part of Goregaon for a long time and we know almost everyone on our block. The workday is usually long and involves a lot of manual record-keeping and phone calls. It’s not a fancy setup by any means. We have simple desks and chairs and a lot of old files. Sometimes the lanes in Jahangir Pura get blocked by delivery carts or people moving things, so you have to be patient. We don't have a big corporate structure. It's just a few of us doing the work that needs to be done. We like being in Goregaon because it’s a place where people actually work hard. We don't use any fancy language to describe ourselves. We are just a local company in a traditional setting trying to do a good job every day.
