You can find us at number 8 in Tara Heights. It’s a relatively simple building and we like it that way. At B & R Industrial Automation Pvt. Ltd., we don’t have a massive sign or a fancy glass entrance. Our office is more about function than style. We have benches for testing things and plenty of shelves for the various components we work with. It can get a bit crowded when we have a lot of equipment in, but we manage the space okay. The neighborhood is fairly typical, with a mix of offices and some residential spots nearby. Most of us have been working together for a while, so we have a bit of a rhythm going. We aren’t big on long meetings or corporate speeches. We’d rather just get to work on the automation side of things. The morning usually starts with some coffee and a look at the schedule for the day. Sometimes things go smoothly, and other times we’re scratching our heads over a tricky problem until late. That’s just the nature of what we do. We have a small kitchen area where we heat up our lunch and complain about the traffic. It’s a modest place, but it’s ours. We don’t really bother with much promotion; we just keep doing what we do from our little corner in Tara Heights. The parking is a bit of a nightmare sometimes, but you learn where the good spots are if you get here early enough.
