You can find B M Parekh & Company over at the Navjeevan Commercial Premises. We are in unit 3/203 on Lamington Road. If you know Mumbai Central, you know how hectic this road gets with all the electronics and parts being moved around. Our office is in one of those big commercial buildings where a lot of different businesses work side by side. It is not a retail store on the ground floor, so people usually come specifically to see us for business. We have been operating from this spot for a long time. The building has that old commercial feel, with lots of stairs and busy hallways. Inside our space, it is mostly desks and stacks of papers and files. We are not trying to look like a modern corporate office with glass walls or fancy rugs. It is just a practical place to get work done. We handle our daily business, talk to our regulars, and keep things moving. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, so we end up walking up the stairs. It is just part of being in this area. Lamington Road has its own energy, and we are just one small part of it. We do not spend much time on decorations or furniture. As long as we have a place to sit and talk to people, it works for us. That is how we stay going.
