B M C Bhagwati Hospital

If you live around Borivali West, you probably already know where we are on L T Road. This is a very busy part of the city, and the hospital is usually just as crowded as the streets outside. Being a BMC facility, we see hundreds of people every single day. There is almost always a line at the entrance, especially in the early morning hours before the sun gets too hot. The building is old and shows its age in some places, but it stays busy from dawn until late at night. We do not have any of the polished looks of a private clinic. It is mostly just plain walls and metal benches where people wait their turn. The staff here is used to the fast pace. We spend our shifts moving from one patient to the next, trying to stay on top of all the files and medicines. The noise from L T Road never really stops, so you just get used to the sound of horns and buses while you work. It is a bit of a chaotic environment sometimes, but we manage to keep things moving. We do not have any big speeches or marketing plans. We just open the doors and help the people who show up. It is a lot of hard work, and the floors are worn down from so many people walking through over the years. We just focus on the task at hand and try to get through the day.
