This is a very busy part of the city, and you can always hear the traffic from S V Road even when you are inside the building. The hospital has been here for a long time and is a well-known spot for people living in Santacruz West. It’s a general hospital, so we take in a wide variety of medical cases every single day. The building isn't very new, and you can see that in the tiled floors and the old-fashioned windows. We don't have a big, fancy entrance like some of the private hospitals. You just walk in and there’s the registration desk right there. It’s a practical place without any unnecessary frills or decorations. The doctors here are experienced and have seen just about everything in their time. We have several wards and some private rooms, though they are kept quite simple. The staff is usually running around because it’s always busy with patients. We don't spend money on advertising or big signs.
