Ayesha Family Salon

Ayesha Family Salon is situated at number 6 on Dr Ar Road in Powai. It’s a spot where the whole family can come to get their hair done. We’ve been in this part of Powai for a good number of years and have seen the neighborhood grow. Our shop is simple and welcoming. We have chairs for adults and sometimes smaller ones for the kids who aren't quite tall enough yet. It’s usually a lively place with different generations coming in together. We do haircuts, some basic styling, and the usual salon stuff that families need. It’s not one of those expensive, high-end places; we just want people to feel okay when they sit down. You’ll often hear us chatting with mothers about their day or joking with the kids to keep them still while we cut their hair. Dr Ar Road is a busy street, but we’ve made our little corner feel like home. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who have been doing this for a long time. We do our best every day but we don't make a big fuss about it. Most of our customers live just a few blocks away, so it feels like a real community hub. We just keep the scissors sharp and the conversation going. It’s a nice way to make a living and we enjoy seeing the families return year after year, watching the children grow up while they sit in our chairs.
