You can find us in Sanpada at Jai Gurudev CHS. We are up on the sixth floor, in flat 601, right in Sector 1. It’s a residential building, so it feels more like a home than an office. We’ve been running Axar Sea Training and Maritime Services Private Limited from here for some time now. Being in Sanpada is quite convenient since it’s well-connected, but the building itself is just a regular housing society. We have maps and maritime charts on the walls and some old seafaring books on the shelves. It’s a practical setup for the kind of training we talk about. We are not a big institution with a campus; we are just people who know the sea and want to pass that knowledge on. Sometimes the neighbors in the building wonder why so many people are coming in and out of flat 601, but we keep things quiet and respectful. The view from the sixth floor is okay, mostly just other rooftops and the road below. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking emails for guys who are out on ships or looking to get their certifications. It’s honest work and we don't try to make it sound like anything more than it is. We take our tea breaks on the balcony when the weather is nice. It is just a small team of us making sure everything runs smoothly for the sailors who need our help every single day.
