Avmounts (India)

Avmounts (India) is situated on Plot No.14 and 15, over at Survey No.37 on the Kondhwa Pisoli Road in Pune. It is a bit of a drive out here, and the road can get quite dusty with all the construction and trucks moving back and forth. Our facility is basically two big plots joined together where we handle all the manufacturing and storage. It is a lot of heavy lifting and moving crates around. The floor is concrete and usually has some scuff marks from the forklifts. We don't have a fancy showroom; it is mostly just the workshop and a small area for the staff to sit. During the monsoon, the sound of the rain on the roof is so loud you have to shout to be heard, but we are used to it by now. The guys on the floor know their stuff and usually have grease on their hands by ten in the morning. We keep a lot of stock on the metal racks that go all the way to the ceiling. It is a straightforward operation where we focus on the mounts and whatever else needs finishing that day. There is a tea stall just down the road where everyone goes during the break. It is a simple, hard-working environment where things get built and shipped out without any extra drama or polish.
