Aviswa Estate Agent is based over in Ghatkopar West. Our main office is in Sunrise Chambers, room number 22, located on Ulsoor Road. We’re also near Varankar Chawl and right across from Sona Hospital. It’s a busy part of the neighborhood, and being across from a hospital means there’s always a lot of activity and people walking by. As estate agents, we spend a lot of our time out on the road looking at different properties, but this is where we come back to do the paperwork and meet with people who are looking for a place. The office is just a regular space where we keep our files and various maps of the area. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years, and we know these streets and buildings pretty well. We aren't the kind of place with a big, glossy storefront or a fancy lobby; it’s more of a working office where we handle the small details of buying and selling homes. People usually come in with a lot of questions about where they should live or how to sell their place, and we just sit down and talk it through with them in a normal way. It can be a bit hectic when multiple things are happening at once, but we manage to keep track of it all. Sunrise Chambers is pretty easy to find if you know Ulsoor Road, and having Sona Hospital as a landmark helps folks get here without getting lost in the backstreets. We just keep working.
