Avan Constructions

Avan Constructions is a small firm we run out of Vile Parle West at A 9. We aren't one of those massive construction companies you see on TV. We are just a local team that handles building and repair work around this area. Our office is a simple room with a couple of desks and a lot of rolled-up plans. We spend a good chunk of our day out at different sites, so the office is often empty for a few hours. Vile Parle is a crowded place, and moving materials around can be a real headache sometimes. We’ve been doing this for a long time, so we know the local suppliers and how things work here. We don't have a polished sales pitch. We just talk to people about what they need for their property and give them a straight answer. Construction is a messy business with plenty of dust and noise. We don't mind getting our hands dirty. Sometimes projects take longer than we want because of the weather or other delays, but we just keep at it. It’s a lot of hard work and physical labor. We don't have a big advertising campaign. Most of our clients come to us because they saw our work somewhere else. We are just a group of people who know how to build things and want to keep working in our own neighborhood for as long as we can.
