Automation Artisans

We are located in Shanti Tower, right across from Matalaxmi Hospital on Tamil Sangam Road. It is a good spot, though parking is usually a nightmare around here for anyone visiting. Automation Artisans is not a huge factory. It is more of a place where we figure out how to make things work better using sensors and controllers. We spend a lot of time hunched over laptops and circuit boards. It is quiet work for the most part, punctuated by the occasional beep of a machine testing out a new sequence. We are not some giant tech firm from a movie. We are just a small team trying to help local shops and small plants get a bit more efficient. Our office is on the 10th floor, so at least we get a bit of air and a view. Sometimes we get stuck on a coding problem for hours, drinking too much tea and staring at the walls. We do not have a dress code here. Most of us just wear jeans and old t-shirts. People come to us when they want to automate a process but do not want to spend a fortune on big-name systems. We try to find practical ways to fix things. It is not always perfect the first time, but we stick with it until it works. That is just how we operate. No big speeches, just a lot of wires and logic. We keep at it until the machine does what it is told.
