Authorized Lg Service Centre

We run the Authorized Lg Service Centre out of Shri Ganesh Co-Op Housing Society in Borivli West. Specifically, we’re in G-2, Plot No. 59 on RSC-52 in Gorai-2. It’s a typical Mumbai housing society vibe here. We’ve got the ground floor space which makes it easier to haul in big appliances like washing machines or air conditioners. The office is often full of packing peanuts and bubble wrap. Being in Borivli, we get a lot of local residents coming in with their home electronics. We’ve been here long enough that most people in Gorai know where to find us. It’s a bit cramped inside because we have so many spare parts and units waiting for repair. We try to keep things organized, but when it’s busy, it gets messy. We don't have a professional receptionist, so you’ll likely talk to one of the technicians when you walk in. We spend a lot of time on the phone answering questions or checking on part orders. The email address we use is gopeshrs@yahoo.co.in, which we check when we have a spare moment between repairs. Mumbai is always moving fast, and we try to keep up with the steady stream of work. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know how to do. We just open up every morning and see what the day brings us. It’s usually a lot of hard work but it’s okay for us.
