Our shop is at 41A in the Kewal Industrial Estate, right on S.B. Marg in Lower Parel. If you know Mumbai, you know this area is always moving and changing. The estate itself is old and has that specific industrial feel to it. We have been working out of this space for some time now. There is always a printer humming in the background or someone cutting paper in the corner. It is a bit cramped with all the equipment and boxes, but we make it work. We handle print solutions for all sorts of folks. It is not a glamorous job. We spend a lot of time troubleshooting machines or making sure the ink levels are right for the day. Sometimes the humidity in Mumbai messes with the paper, which is a real headache. We do not have a receptionist; you just come in and find one of us near the back of the room. We grab tea from the stall downstairs most afternoons. It is a local business through and through. We do not really do the whole polished corporate routine. If a job is urgent, we try to squeeze it in, but sometimes there is just too much on the plate to handle. We just focus on getting the colors right and making sure the cuts are straight. It is honest work, and we have been doing it long enough that we do not think too much about it anymore.
