Audio Star

Audio Star is situated over in Goregaon West at Overkhadi 1. It’s a bit of a tucked-away spot, but we’ve been here long enough that people in the area know where to find us. We work with all kinds of audio equipment and electronics. If you walk into the shop, you’ll see speakers, amplifiers, and tangled wires all over the shelves. We aren't very good at keeping things tidy, but we know where every single piece is. The area around Overkhadi 1 is always full of activity and movement. We have a small crew here. Most days are spent testing out gear or trying to figure out why a particular speaker isn't sounding right. We get a lot of dust because of all the electronics and the street outside. It’s just part of the job. We don't have any fancy brochures or a sales team. If someone wants something, they just come in and ask us directly. We’ve had the same old furniture and workbenches for years. It’s comfortable and it works for us. Goregaon West is a lively place to be. There’s always some noise from the street, but it blends in with the music we usually have playing in the background. We aren't trying to be the biggest shop around. We just like what we do with the sound gear. Sometimes we stay late to finish a repair that’s being stubborn. It’s a quiet kind of life. We just keep the doors open and see who stops by.
