If you’re looking for us, we are at 17, The Gwalior House. It’s on Dargah Street in Mahim West. The building is one of those older ones that has seen a lot of years. We handle all the export stuff from here. It involves a lot of sitting at desks and checking forms. There’s always a stack of papers to deal with. Shipping things out takes a lot of coordination. We talk to truckers and people at the docks. Mahim is a crowded area, so getting things in and out can be a bit of a headache sometimes. The traffic on Dargah Street is something else. We’ve been here long enough that we know the shortcuts. Our office isn’t anything special to look at. Just some computers, files, and a few chairs for visitors. We deal with different kinds of goods, sending them off to different places. It’s mostly about making sure everything matches up on the invoices. Sometimes there are delays at the port and we have to spend the whole day on the phone. It can be stressful when a container is stuck. But we just keep at it. We take our lunch breaks nearby and then get back to the paperwork. It’s a steady job. We don’t do much advertising. Most people know us from being in the area for so long. It’s just us doing our thing in Mahim, year after year, and keeping the goods moving.
