Aditi Abode Pvt. Ltd. is our small real estate and housing company. We don’t have a big, fancy office in a skyscraper. Instead, we operate from a simple space where we handle all our property matters. Most of the time, our desks are covered in site plans, government forms, and maps of the local areas we are working in. We started this because we saw how complicated buying a home or a plot of land could be for regular people. We aren't slick salesmen with expensive suits. We’re just people who know the local property market and want to help others find a decent place to live. The phone rings a lot, and we spend plenty of time out at different sites checking on progress or meeting with contractors. It’s a lot of driving around and dealing with paperwork that never seems to end. We don't have a polished marketing strategy. Our business has mostly grown because people tell their friends about us. We value being straightforward about what a property offers and what it doesn't. Sometimes things get delayed with construction or permits, and we just have to deal with it as it comes. It’s a tough business but we enjoy the practical side of building something from the ground up. We keep our operations small so we can keep a close eye on everything ourselves. It's just how we prefer to work. Every day brings a different challenge with some new project or client.
