We’re located at number 689, in Building Number 43. We’re on the ground floor, which makes it very easy for people to find us, right opposite the SPM School. Being near a school means it gets pretty lively and noisy around here when the kids are coming and going, but we don't really mind the noise. It’s just us running things from this relatively small space. We don’t have a giant staff or layers of management to deal with. It’s usually just one or two of us handling the daily tasks, whether that’s answering the phone or dealing with a customer who walked in off the street. The shop is simple, with just the essentials we need to get through the day's work. We haven't spent any money on decorating or making things look like a high-end boutique. It’s more of a functional space where we keep our records and whatever stock we have on hand. We’ve been in this building for a while now and have gotten to know the other people in the area quite well. It’s a friendly neighborhood, and we like being a part of the local scene. We don't have a big mission statement or any fancy goals written on the walls. We just want to provide what we have and do a decent job of it so people come back if they need us again. It’s a straightforward, local business way of operating. We keep it real.
