Ashapura Stationery Mart

We are at 12/2 on Dr Annie Besant Road. Our shop is right opposite the Khar Baba Gali and near Taliani Pole. It’s a busy spot with lots of people walking by all the time. We have all the usual stuff you’d expect in a stationery mart. Pens, pencils, notebooks, and all those little things people need for school or their offices. The shop isn't very large, so we have to stack things all the way up to the ceiling sometimes. It smells like paper and ink inside, which I’ve always liked. We have been here for a good number of years. You can see the traffic moving on Dr Annie Besant Road from the front door. Sometimes people stop in just because they forgot a pen or need a single envelope. We don't mind. We have a lot of regulars from the neighborhood who come in for their daily supplies. The counter is a bit scratched up from years of use, and the floor is worn, but it’s a comfortable place for us. We don't have a big fancy display or anything like that. We just put the stuff on the shelves where people can see it. It’s a bit of a squeeze when more than two people are in the shop at once, but we make it work. It’s just a local business doing its thing every day. We open early and stay until the evening rush is over.
