Artchem Enterprises

We’re located at 103-B, Commerce Centre, on Vishveshwar Nagar Road. Off Aarey Road. Goregaon East is a frantic place. Our office for Artchem Enterprises is on the first floor. It’s a typical commercial building with narrow hallways and a lot of different smells from all the businesses. We have two rooms. One is where we keep the files and the computer, and the other is for samples. There are containers of various sizes everywhere. We spend most of the morning on the phone talking to people about deliveries. It’s not very exciting work. The light in the hallway is usually burnt out, so you have to know where the switch is. We’ve been at this location for years now. We know the security guard and the guy who delivers the mail. We don't have a fancy website or a big marketing budget. We just deal with chemicals and industrial supplies. Sometimes the shipments get delayed at the port, and we have to spend hours trying to track them down. It’s frustrating, but that’s the business. We drink a lot of tea and try to stay on top of the paperwork. No one here is a big executive. We’re just working to keep the orders moving through the Commerce Centre. We just hope the traffic isn't too bad when we head home at the end of the day.
