You can find us at Todywalla House on Ardeshir Dady Street, over in the Khetwadi area. It’s an old neighborhood with a lot of character, and our shop fits right in with that. We have been here at number 80 for a long time. The street is usually quite busy with traffic and people moving around, so there’s always something to see out the window. Inside, we have a lot of different antiques and decor pieces piled up. It’s not the kind of place where everything is perfectly spaced out; you have to look around a bit to see what’s there. We spend a lot of time sourcing items and then cleaning them up so they look decent. It’s a bit dusty, honestly, because old things just are. We don’t have a website that we update constantly or a big staff. It’s mostly just us handling the day-to-day operations and talking to whoever walks in from the street. Some people are looking for something specific, while others just want to browse for a while. Khetwadi is a narrow place, and getting stuff in and out can be a challenge sometimes. We’ve grown used to the rhythm of the street and the people who live around here. It’s just our little spot for keeping old things and finding them new homes. We don't do anything fancy, just keep the shop open and see what interesting things we can find to put on the shelves next.
