Arrow Engineers

Arrow Engineers is based out in Erandol, at 27-A, Vidyanagar. This is in the Jalgaon district of Maharashtra. We do engineering work here. The shop is full of tools, machines, and various metal parts. It’s a bit of a dusty environment sometimes, but that’s just because we are actually working with materials. Vidyanagar is a quiet enough area, but we keep our corner of it pretty active. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that; it’s just the folks who know how to fix and build things. People from around Erandol come to us when they have technical issues or need something fabricated for their projects. We spend a lot of time looking at drawings and measuring things out carefully. The floor is concrete and often has some grease on it from the machines. We usually have the radio on in the background while we work to keep things lively. It’s a practical setup for the type of work we do. We’ve been at 27-A for a good while, and the local people know the name well. We start early in the morning when it’s still cool outside. By the afternoon, it gets pretty hot in Jalgaon, so we often take a longish break for lunch before finishing up. It’s an honest way to make a living. We just focus on the engineering tasks that come our way. There’s always something that needs repairing or a new project to start on. That’s our daily life here in Erandol.
