Ar. Kay. Enterprises

If you are ever near the Metro Cinema at Dhobi Talao, you have probably walked past our building. We are at 645 Jss Road. It is one of those old parts of the city where everything is packed together and there is always something happening outside. Ar. Kay. Enterprises has been operating from this spot for a long time. The space inside is quite traditional, with high ceilings and that specific smell of old paper and stock. We deal with various enterprise needs, mostly focused on getting things to people who need them in the local area. It is a bit of a maze sometimes with all the inventory we keep. The street outside is always full of people heading to the movies or the station. We start our day early before the traffic really kicks in. It is a lot of manual work, checking lists and making sure the boxes are ready to go. We do not really do the whole modern office thing; it is more about being practical and staying on top of the orders. Sometimes the rain makes things difficult since the road gets so crowded, but we manage. It is a family-run kind of atmosphere here. Everyone knows their job and we just get on with it without much fuss. We have been in this area so long we know everyone on the block. The shop is usually dusty but we keep things moving until it is time to shutter up for the night.
