Apds Limited

Working out of Seepz unit no. 90, EDF-3, in Andheri East is quite an experience because of how massive the whole complex is. Apds Limited is just one of many offices in this area, but we’ve made our small corner feel like home. The commute to Seepz can be a bit of a headache with the Andheri traffic, but once you get inside the gates, it’s a different world. Our office is usually buzzing with the sound of keyboards and people talking over their monitors. We handle a lot of data and technical tasks that keep us busy from nine to five, and often a bit later. The building itself, EDF-3, has that typical government-built feel, but it’s sturdy. We have a few plants on the windowsills to make it look less gray. Lunch breaks are usually spent at the local canteen or just sitting around the desks sharing food brought from home. It’s a lot of staring at screens, so we try to get up and walk around when we can. We’ve been here long enough that we know the security guards and the folks in the neighboring units. It’s a steady rhythm of work. We aren't trying to change the world; we’re just doing our jobs and making sure the files are processed correctly before the day ends. The lighting in the EDF-3 building is that bright fluorescent kind, so we try to take breaks outside near the Seepz gates just to see the sun.
