Anuradha Printers

The shop is tucked away in Tilak Nagar, right on the Dargah X Road in Bhandup West. If you’ve spent any time in this part of Bhandup, you probably know how the traffic and the crowds get. Anuradha Printers has been sitting here through all that change. We started with just one machine and a lot of hope. Now we have a few more things, but the vibe is still the same. It’s mostly about paper, ink, and getting things delivered on time. We don't do much fancy talking here. People come in with their wedding cards or business bills, and we just get to work. The floor is usually covered in scrap paper and the smell of ink is pretty strong, but we’re used to it. Sometimes the machines act up and we have to fix them ourselves, which can be a bit of a headache. My brother and I usually handle the front while a couple of boys help with the cutting and binding. It’s a small operation, really. We don’t have a website that’s updated or anything like that. Word of mouth is how most people find us on this road. We’ve seen kids grow up and come back to print their own stuff years later. It’s a quiet life of printing, one sheet at a time. We just keep our heads down and try to keep the customers happy without making a big fuss or charging too much. It works for us and our families.
