Our place is at Sethia Nagar on the 90 Feet Road in Andheri East. We are right on Raja Ram Mohan Road, not too far from Arco Transport. If you know Andheri, you know 90 Feet Road is always packed with all kinds of vehicles. Anupam Transport Corporation has been operating from this spot, dealing with all the daily chaos of moving freight. The office is just a simple room where we keep track of our fleet and the various jobs we have going on. It’s dusty sometimes because of all the construction and traffic outside, but that’s just part of being in this neighborhood. We spend a lot of time talking to drivers and checking on schedules. It’s not the kind of job where you sit still for very long at all. There’s always a problem to solve or a delivery to track down. We aren't interested in sounding fancy or using big business talk. We just focus on getting things from point A to point B without too much trouble. Sometimes the rain slows everything down, or the roads are blocked, and we just have to manage. It’s a local business run by people who live and breathe the transport life. We’ve seen the area grow and change, but the core of what we do stays the same every day. We just keep the trucks moving and the paperwork sorted out. It's hard work but we are used to the grind.
